Creative direction for (large international company)’s consumer product/app/service in a new vertical. All under NDA, so I can only show bits and pieces publicly. Complex new territory, deep research, weekly user testing, and executive review. I was brought in at the end of this two-year project to help clarify existing ideas, create new directions, refine the future of the brand, UX, lead the design team, and collaborate with company executives.
